ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Students at Lincoln Elementary were rewarded for their hard work on behalf of the parent-teacher organization.

The students who sold 50 or more boxes of candy. It was an effort by the PTO to boost candy sales this year. PTO co-president Angie Talley says roughly 40 to 50 kids got the first class treatment. 

"It was exciting and roomy," said Student Aniyah Nash. "It was a lot of fun. We were pretending like we were famous and going to a hotel or a concert."

This is the first year that everyone who sold 50 or more boxes was able to ride in the limo.
