ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
Steven Edward Mathis, the 19-year-old man who was driving the car Lee County 14-year-old Taylor Bailey fell off and died was indicted on charges of vehicular homicide and reckless driving.
Bailey fell off the trunk of a moving car near the intersection of Nacoochee Street and Groover Street in Leesburg, April 19th and suffered a critical head injury.
He went into a coma and was taken off life support and died.
