ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
An administrative hearing will be held Tuesday morning for a Dougherty County school teacher who was arrested for hitting a student.
Superintendent Joshua Murfree is recommending that Turner Elementary school teacher Tracie Drayton be terminated.
The teacher is charged with assault and battery.
Drayton has been removed from the classroom.
