ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
Dougherty County Police Patrolman Fulcher saw a car stopped in the road in the 3200 block of War Eagle Avenue about 4:30 Tuesday morning.
When he went to investigate, he found two men in the car. He also found a small amount of marijuana, and a handgun which had been altered. Both men were arrested and taken to the Dougherty Co. jail.
They were both charged with Possession of Marijuana (Less than an ounce, and one man was charged with Criminal Alteration of a Firearm.
