ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Boy Scouts will benefit from the 20th annual wild game dinner and auction.

Money raised from tonight's event at Potter Community Center goes to the Chehaw Council of the Boy Scouts that serves 17 counties.

Organizers say it's an event everyone can enjoy.

"It's just a wonderful event that's support by this community as well. People from out of state," says Executive Scout, Matt Heartt.

"It helps provide that adventure that is scouting to thousands of people across the area," says Lem Griffen with the Board of Directors.

Items auctioned off tonight included shotguns and hunting and fishing gear.
