ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany organization made it easy for residents to get the help they need.

T.E.A.M. Community Outreach held their 7th annual One Stop Shop.

Different organizations set up booths throughout Carver Park for people to get the services they need.

"We want them to know that somebody really does care, and we know that we have different and great organizations, and we are just trying to pull that all together, to say to them, we are here," says Gwendolyn Hope, TEAM Outreach Founder.

Free food and clothing was also given out during Saturday's event.
