ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

It was all fun and games today at Clark's Service Center in Albany, as the 12th annual Horseshoe Tournament kicked off.

18 teams competed for first, second, and third place trophies along with cash prizes.

Budweiser sponsors the event each year at Clark's and held a card raffle for all types of prizes.

"It just gives us something to do in the evening, everybody gather up and have a good time. Really that's just it, people just loving to throw horseshoes," says tournament organizer, David Brown.

"It's a good thing to pull people in, help everything, help people stay out of trouble," says Clark's Service Center owner, Kealious Clark.

Organizers say they have tournaments three or four times a year and all proceeds go toward the cash prizes.
