ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Two brothers who live on Calvary Road had been drinking Friday night, and got into a fight over a phone.

One brother told Dougherty County Police that  the primary aggressor was Roderick Harris.

He said that Harris struck him in the head with a cane.

DCP officers said that they could not locate a cane or any other weapon of that type.

Roderick Harris left the scene before officers arrived, and a warrant was taken on him for family violence battery.
