ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The 2012 Annual T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More) Community Outreach "One Stop Shop" will be held Saturday, October, 13th from 11am -2pm at Carver Park, 1023 S. McKinley Street in Albany Georgia.

 

There will be organizations present and ready to inform you of what is available to you in the areas of education, personal & financial development, healthcare, and more. Free health screenings are available to everyone. T.E.A.M. will be giving away free food and clothes from their clothing bank.
