ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

There is a briefer and cheaper alternative to the big music festival in Albany this weekend.

The State Theater is the venue for "Rocktoberfest" on Saturday night.

For a $10.00 cover, you can hear four bands: Torq, Dog Head, Intoxicated Logic, and Stone Stephen.

Organizer Jerry Smith says, "It's an all-rock show, no county music in the lineup for Rocktoberfest. These are really good bands, and it's gonna be a great show."

The doors open at 6:00, and the show starts at 7:00.

Alcohol will be available for adults with ID.
