ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

By most accounts, if there was a winner in the first presidential debate, it was the Republican challenger Mitt Romney.

President Barack Obama, usually a smooth and gifted speaker, surprised everyone with a performance that seemed far below his standard.

But the first and only vice presidential debate Thursday night had plenty of spirit, interruptions, and back-and-forth between Vice President Joe Biden and challenger Paul Ryan.

So... who won?
