A small fire in the main electrical panel at Wilcox County High School has forced classes at the high school to be canceled for Thursday. There was no real damage, but officials aren't sure the school will have electricity Thursday morning.
Wilcox County School Superintendent Steve Smith says the staff at the high school does not need to report.
Classes at Wilcox County elementary and middle schools will be held as scheduled. Only classes at Wilcox County High School have been canceled for Thursday.
