ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

We now know the name of the driver of a pickup truck that crashed in Worth County near Sumner early Tuesday morning.

21-year old Matthew Lilly of Omega remains in critical condition in a Macon hospital.

Troopers say his Dodge Dakota overturned on a curve on Highway 82.

Lilly was charged with failure to maintain lane and a seat belt violation as well as for having an expired tag and no insurance.
