We continue to follow breaking news about an overnight armed robbery. It happened just after midnight at the Bench Warmers Bar on Sylvester Road.

Albany Police say the men left the scene on foot. We're told they got away with just a little over $400 in cash.

Two men wearing masks entered the bar with their guns drawn. One of the robbers, shot at a woman, who was up singing karaoke and missed. At least eight people were inside when the robbery happened.

We're told the men took money from the register, then made everyone empty their pockets. They even put a gun to a man's head, who was partially deaf, according to the bar owner Norman Reese.

He says this really makes him feel violated.

"I'm not making a lot of money. I'm keeping three or four people in a little job that's the best I'm doing. This hurts," said Bar Owner Norman Reese.

The men left the scene with the cash from the register and the customers wallets.

Police searched the area, but did not find the suspects. As always, if you know anything about this please call Crime Stoppers at 436-Tips.

You can remain anonymous. Police describe the two suspects as black men with slender builds.

One stands about 6;0 and the other about 5'5.
