A Murder charge against an Albany woman is dropped because of a lack of evidence.
24-year-old Sade Britt was charged with killing Anthony Westbrook, whose body was found on a mattress in April.
Shortly after the murder, WALB showed you video of a woman in a car trying to use Westbrook's debit card. Police said that was Britt.
She was arrested and charged with murder.
But after a committal hearing, a judge ruled there was not enough evidence to hold her on a murder charge.
Britt is still charged with financial transaction card theft and fraud and theft by receiving and is still in the Dougherty Co. jail.
So far no other arrests have been made in Westbrook's murder.
