TALLAHASSEE, FL (WALB) -

A Thomas County man who was driving drunk when he crashed last year killing his brother will go to prison.

Anthony Walden was sentenced in Tallahassee, FL to four years in prison and five years probation.

He was behind the wheel of a car that struck a tree outside Tallahassee.

His brother, former Thomas County Central Quarterback Erik Walden was killed.

The year sentence is mandatory for DUI manslaughter.
