The City of Albany now owns the lot where the Heritage House Property once stood.

Mayor Dorothy Hubbard presented around a $1.1M dollars check to Oxford Construction Friday morning.

Mayor Hubbard says the four and a half acre lot will sell fast.

"We have already had several people to come to us about the possibility about buying it. The entire commission will decide on the best use for it," said Dorothy Hubbard, Mayor

Oxford Construction was able to recycle over 11,000 tons of material from the Heritage House site.
