The Obama and Romney campaigns remain focused on the battleground state of Ohio.

Early voting in Ohio starts next week, and both Mitt Romney and President Obama are in the key swing state today making their pitch to voters. Both candidates have already made more than a dozen visits to the critical state this year.

Republicans Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan continue the "Romney Plan For A Stronger Middle Class" bus tour.  He will hold a manufacturing roundtable with Mike Rowe and business leaders at American Spring Wire in Bedford Heights.

President Obama, meantime, will be in Kent this evening speaking at a grassroots event at the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center (Mac Center). The event is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m.

A new CBS News poll shows President Obama up by 10 points in Ohio. The president's lead among women in the state has grown to 25 points.

The Quinnipiac University/CBS News/New York Times Poll out Wednesday also looked at two other battleground states. The President is now up 9 points in Florida, and holds a 12 point lead in Pennsylvania.
