GBI Investigators say an autopsy has concluded that drowning was the cause of death for the young man found Tuesday morning in the Flint River.
An Albany State student, whose body was found in the Flint River Tuesday, drowned.
GBI Special Agent Kim Baker said, however, they don't know if Taylor Terrell's death was suicide, an accident, or murder.
While the coroner confirms the body found was 20 year old Taylor Terrell, GBI agents won't release his identity until dental records are available.
ASU Police began a search for Terrell Monday after he was reported missing. He's last been seen Saturday night or Sunday.
The University's Student Government Association tweeted his death Tuesday, shortly after his body was found in the Flint River.
The GBI, Albany State University Police, and Albany Police are investigating.
