Teachers and parents have new resources to help kids deal with major issues such as bullying, depression, and obesity. Now kids and educators have the power to make a difference. Officials with Phoebe's Network of Trust highlighted those resources at a special luncheon Wednesday.More >>
Suntrust Banks hosted a Global Trade Forum on the importance of the ports to South Georgia.
This discussion was wanted by local business leaders to bring talks about the ports from the coastal region to South Georgia.
Potential and current clients of Suntrust Bank talked with trade experts Tuesday morning.
They talked about how the ports affect businesses now and will in the future.
"The series is to provide information to the business community, in which they that feel is topical and most beneficial to them," said Suntrust Regional President Kevin Blair.
Suntrust Bank plans to make this seminar series an annual event.
