Albany Police are searching for two gunmen who tried to rob a man. The incident happened shortly after 3:30am Monday at The Gardens Apartments on Whispering Pines Road.
Srinivias Gattu says while he was loading his van, two men with guns came up behind him.
They demanded money and when he said he didn't have it, they turned and ran away.
"At that time, I shouted. I don't know what I'm doing. They asked me not to shout. They asked for money, but I didn't have any," said Srinivias Gattu the victim.
The men did not get away with any cash and they are still on the loose. We're working to get a description of the suspects from police.
