BAINBRIDGE, GA (WALB) -
48-year old Perry Eugene Flowers was arrested Wednesday for financial transaction card theft.
Bainbridge Public Safety released a photo snapped at an ATM at the Family Bank in Bainbridge after Flowers attempted to use the stolen card.
Police say the card was taken from the parking lot at Walmart the morning of Monday September 3rd.
Flowers was never able to retrieve any money from the card because he did not have the pin number.
