VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

A Valdosta church volunteer accused of sexually abusing teenaged boys is out of jail on bond tonight.

We told you this morning that 28-year-old Kenny Leonard was released on $50,000 bond this morning.

The Valdosta Police Department charged Leonard with abusing five young men. Two more boys recently came forward, and the investigation continues. Police urge families to contact them if they think their children have also been victims.

"If there's anyone else out there that thinks they were a victim, they need to give us a call and we will look into that. I know a lot of times folks are afraid to do that, they are ashamed of what happened and so on, but I'm asking them to be brave and come fourth and let us know what's going on," said Commander Brian Childress, Valdosta PD Bureau of Investigations.

You can contact the Valdosta Police Department Bureau of Investigations at 229-293-3145.
