Larrious Rontavius McCoy pled guilty this morning to robbery and theft by taking in connection with an armed robbery of Marquis Garland on March 23, 2011.

He agrees to serve three years in prison for the armed robbery.

McCoy said he and Kawaski Bush robbed Garland of his car, cell phone, and money. He will testify against Bush.

This is one of three cases the state has against Bush. He is charged with armed robbery and escaping from the transitional center. He is in prison for another armed robbery at this time.

Prosecutors want to try Bush and over a dozen counts of armed robbery in Albany. He also faces trial for the escape charge.
