The folks at the new Olive Garden in Albany are brushing up for the Grand opening.
The Italian restaurant at Dawson and Westover will open at 11 Monday morning.
It created 180 new jobs.
The general manager says he's ready to start serving quality food to folks in the area who've waited for an Olive Garden for a long time.
"We're very excited. We're definitely going to bring a genuine Italian dining experience to Albany, Georgia. I think it's been highly anticipated for over 15 years, so we're very excited," said GM Kenneth Hall.
The Albany Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting for the restaurant Monday morning at 9:30.
