The Lee County Trojans opened their season with a win in the renewal of the Trojan Bowl last week against Dougherty.
In week two, Lee County looks for another win over an Albany school.
Lee County will play their first home game against Albany High.
Indians opened with a tough loss at Greenville.
It is a game where Albany High coach Felton Williams said his team got off to a slow start.
It is something the Indians know they cannot afford to do against the fast paced offense of the Trojans.
Lee County likes to score as quickly as possible.
That means the Trojan defense plays a lot of snaps.
Something the Indians want their defense to avoid.
Albany High head coach Felton Williams said. "If I can keep my defense off the field and give them time to rest, I think we will be okay. It is going to come down to who controls the ball the bulk of the game."
Lee Co. head coach Dean Fabrizio said. "The type of the tempo we like to play at we think is exciting. It is fun for our kids. It really helps us. That tempo also extends the game."
Game time is 7:30 Friday in Leesburg.
