Members of the Albany Water, Gas, & Light Commission are making their case for money to clean up an old gas manufacturing plant to the Albany City Commission.

Commissioners are asking questions about possible contamination and insurance policies.

No plan will be voted on today for the defunct plant on Society Avenue.
