VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

A busy convenience store in Valdosta was burglarized overnight.

Investigators are working to find out who broke into M S Food Mart on Park Avenue. The Valdosta Police Department says a man threw a brick through the glass and stole come cash and merchandise. One regular customer stopped by today to find his favorite neighborhood store closed.

"I've been coming here everyday for the last 10 to 15 years to get my lottery tickets, and I hate that they've been burglarized," said Willie Booker.

Investigators say they've reviewed the security cameras but the man had his face covered. If you have any information on this burglary call Valdosta Police Department at 229-242-2606.
