You can help Albany's Flint RiverQuarium celebrate its 8th anniversary this weekend.

The admission price will be just $8 from Saturday until Monday.

Any displaced families in town because of Hurricane Isaac can get in free.

RiverQuarium officials say the attraction has been a vital part, not only of Albany, but all of Southwest Georgia for the past eight years.

"We get all kinds of school groups that come here and they love it then they come back. We would just like for our families and friends to come here and enjoy. It's a safe place for children to roam and along the way get some education," said Sharrell Lamar with the RiverQuarium.

The RiverQuarium gift store is also offering a 15% discount on all regularly priced items.
