The manager of an Albany Wendy's restaurant is accused of pulling a gun on some drive-through customers.

22-year-old Brian Haire is charged with affray and reckless conduct.

Police say Haire argued with 20-year-old Tario Scott and 18-year-old Romaz Jones who were in the drive through Sunday night.

Police say Scott demanded Haire come outside and he did with a gun and co-worker Arthur Bell.

Police say Bell held the gun on Jones, while he fought Scott.

Haire was arrested, and police say additional charges are pending.
