One of two daughters convicted of having their mother institutionalized has fled before she was to be sentenced.
Connie Lynn Justice is now a fugitive, and law enforcement is looking for her.
Her sister, Carrie Franklin, was sentenced to two years after being convicted of false institutionalization of a sane person when the sisters had their mother, Jean Sancken, committed last year.
