Parrish to Herring TD earns Play of the Week honors - WALB.com, Albany News, Weather, Sports

Week one of the high school football season is in the books. 

We've gone through all the plays and chose our first WALB Play of the Week. 

 In the first half against Clinch County,  Brooks County quarterback Malcom Parrish hit Deric Herring  on a beautiful pass play for an electrifying touchdown in the Trojans' 44-3 win over Clinch County.

Parrish accounted for five touchdowns in the first half for Brooks County.

He's already getting some Division I looks, and will be key for the Trojans this season.
