The Thomasville Tatas are hosting their annual Tee Off For the Tatas golf tournament Saturday at Country Oaks Golf Course.
In the past all of the proceeds benefited the Susan G. Komen Foundation, but this year all of the money will directly help families in Thomas County.
"For us personally, it has made that much more of a difference. It's just really cool to see and know families here in town that cannot afford medical care financially and that we're able to just give them this money," said Team Member Haley Harper.
