A concerned citizen is stepping up to help the children who have been devastated by the tornado in Oklahoma.More >>
Teachers Tiffany Randle and Tara Mallared appeared at this morning's tribunal hearing for CRCT testing irregularities.
The board heard their case, and recommended suspensions of forty contract days for both.
There are now six educators who have had their hearings before the tribunal, and a 40-contract-day suspension without pay has been recommended for each:

Alberta Wallace
Lavonda Jolivette
Fatima Jackson
Tiffany Randle
Tara Mallard
These educators will have hearings before the tribunal in the coming weeks, with hearing dates:
Angela Shumate 8/21
Nicki Lyons 8/22
Jose Roquemore 8/23
Beverly Knighton Harris 8/27
Adrienne Savage 8/28
The tribunal hears the evidence and makes a recommendation to the Dougherty County School Board. The DCSS board reviews the recommendations and makes a decision to accept or reject the suspensions.
