Albany Police are investigating an overnight burglary of Ronnie's Rib and Chicken Shack. It happened in East Albany shortly after 4:30 Tuesday morning.
APD responded 1301 Clark Avenue, because of a burglary. Someone broke the side door to get inside the business.
Police are still trying to make contact with the owner to see what all was taken. An eyewitness told officers, that he saw two black men running away from the restaurant with a white box.
We spoke to an eyewitness who was to scared too show his face on camera in fear of retaliation.
"After I heard a loud noise, I rolled out the bed and looked out the window. I saw two young guys running from Ronnie's Rib and Chicken. The guy who had on a white shirt was carrying a white box. I think the box had meat or sodas inside," said Eyewitness.
Remember, police are still looking for two men who stole three cases of meat from Riverfront Barbeque Sunday night.
