ATLANTA, GA (WALB) -
The Georgia Tech defense is glad to have safety Fred Holton back.
The former Thomasville High Bulldog was slated to be a starter in 2011 but missed the entire season with an achilles injury.
Holton has recovered from that injury and is looking forward to being part of a Georgia Tech secondary that is expected to be very strong this season.
Fred Holton said. "A lot of guys who have knowledge of the game. a lot of guys who are willing to sacrifice their reputations or position for another guy. So, there is no selfishness. With aspects like that, I feel like we are going to go far."
Georgia Tech will practice in full pads for the first time on Tuesday.
