The two Albany men accused of making explosives and blowing them up at the dam are now indicted.

48-year-old Timothy Anderson Senior and his 20-year-old son Timothy Anderson Junior face six counts of possessing unlawful explosive devices. Anderson Junior was arrested April 2 at the Georgia Power Dam when Dougherty County Police found five explosive devices in his car.

The next day his father was arrested when they found six more devices and the materials to make them at his home on Forest Glen Drive.

"They had the TNT power of approximately a half a stick of dynamite, is what I'm advised is the explosive power of some of these explosive devices. So we're not talking about firecrackers, we're talking about real explosives," said Dougherty D.A. Greg Edwards.

The Andersons could face up to ten years in prison if convicted.
