Bainbridge High has some strengths and some question marks starting the 2012 season.
The strengths on offense is the return of backs Terry Lewis and Damian Bouie along with receiver Greg Cooper and most of the offensive line.
The defense returns all three linebackers and most of the secondary.
The defensive line will be young but they do return all region end Darryl McGee.
Coach Ed Pilcher says the one concern is at quarterback where Preston Norris and Aaron Callaway will battle for the starting job.
Ed Pilcher said. "Well we have got two guys that have never played. One guy has been a backup. He hasn't really started a game. We had to convert one athlete to a quarterback position. They are battling it out right now. Right now we need to see live stuff right now pretty quick. So, we can figure out who is going to win the job."
Bainbridge will open the season on September 7th at home against Cairo.
Bearcats will only have nine games this season after a game at Northview-Dothan was canceled.
