After getting in and out of trouble for the last few years, its seems as if Florida State football head coach Jimbo Fisher has had enough of former Lowndes star Greg Reid.
Reid has been dismissed from FSU for violating team rules announced Wednesday morning in a statement by Jimbo Fisher. He's had several off the field incidents during his college career most recently last month when he was charged with driving with a suspended license, a seat belt violation in Lowndes County.
He was also arrested last fall on perjury charges but those charges were dropped. His dismissal coming after Reid vowed to be motivated at the end of spring practices. He moved into second place in school history with 89 career returns and 1,117 return yards last season
In an interview with 97.9 ESPN Radio Reid said "I'm a good person, but I've made some dumb mistakes. I did want to take the time to apologize to my teammates first and foremost"
