Dougherty County will have a new State Court Judge. Victoria Darrisaw with nearly 60 percent of the voter.
Darrisaw watched with supporters as she found out she beat opponent Christopher Warren.
Judge Darrisaw says she will continue to work with young adults in pretrial intervention programs.
"We'll just continue what we've already been doing. We've been helping people to the extent that a judge can help. We've certainly been fair. That won't change. So we'll continue to do what we've been doing, but just on a different level," said Victoria Darrisaw, Dougherty Co. State Court Judge.
Judge Darrisaw will be taking over for retiring State Court Judge John Salter.
