A woman accused of the shooting death of an Albany man went before a judge Sunday morning at the Dougherty County jail complex. 24 year old Sade Britt appeared before Judge Robert Revells to hear the charges against her.
Britt is charged with the murder of 54 year old Anthony Westbrook. She was arrested in late April for using the murder victim's debit card.
The body of the military veteran was found nude on a mattress April 4th near some railroad tracks on Westtown Road.
He had been shot execution style. Investigators say this is Britt, wearing a mask, April 3rd, using Westbrook's debit card at a bank ATM, driving his car.
