Murder charges have been filed in the April murder of Anthony Westbrook of Albany.

Westbrook was found dead on a mattress in some woods on Westtown Road.

A woman was later arrested for trying to use his debit card at an ATM, but no one was ever charged with his murder.

Albany Police will hold a news conference in one hour to talk about the murder charges.
