More than a dozen Albany clergy members came together this morning to endorse Dougherty County School Board member Dr. Anita Williams Brown.

She's running for re-election to the At Large Position.

The Pastors say Dr. Brown's experience on the board and as a minister make her the most qualified person to serve.

"She is a lifelong citizen of Dougherty County, she has also been a school teacher in Dougherty County.  She was an assistant principal in Dougherty County.  She has several degrees, and the main one that she has is a doctor of education," said Dr. Henry Brown, The House of Prayer By Faith.

The clergy members encourage you to go to the polls to show your concern for the school system.

Williams Brown is opposed by Lane Price in the July 31st Democratic Primary.
