A state court has declined to halt the execution of a Georgia death row inmate who is scheduled to die next week.
Warren Lee Hill will be executed for the 1990 murder of his cell mate at Lee State Prison in Lee County.
His lawyer argued that Hill is mentally disabled and shouldn't be executed.
His execution is scheduled for Monday night at the state prison at Jackson.
