A three year old Albany boy is in critical condition after nearly drowning in a bathtub.
Little Zantailus was unconscious and in cardiac arrest when a paramedics got to his house at 918 Riley Street this afternoon.
His mother, Audriana Jenkins, tells police she turned her attention to three other children while Zantailus was in the bathtub.
She says when she returned, he was underwater.
"We're still in the preliminary stages of the investigation. I'm still trying to determine all the facts before we make that decision," said Investigator Tracey Hudson, Dougherty D.A. Office.
Zantailus was airlifted to an Atlanta Children's hospital where he is in critical condition.
