A jury has convicted an Albany man charged with fighting two police officers in a hospital emergency room.

20-year-old Usher Key was found guilty and obstruction of police officers, but the jury hung on  the aggravated battery charge, which was the more serious charge.

Prosecutors say he fought police officers in Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital on March 2nd.

Key testified in his trial that he used cocaine and went to the hospital for treatment.

He will be sentenced later.
