Destiny drops lawsuit against City - WALB.com, Albany News, Weather, Sports

Destiny Transportation Group, which owns the bus station on Oglethorpe Blvd. will drop its suit against the Federal Transit Admin., the GA D.O.T., and the City of Albany.

Destiny was suing to stop construction of a multi-modal transit facility.

Destiny contended that would have caused great harm to Destiny and the Harlem Business District.
