WALTON COUNTY, GA -
UPDATE:
The Walton County Sheriff's Office says 3 year-old Austin Waters has been found unharmed and was returned to his mother.
The amber alert was canceled around 5:30 Sunday morning. Officials say the boy was found with his father, 44 year-old Bobby Waters, who kidnapped the child yesterday.
The two were located in Polk County. Bobby Waters was arrested for kidnapping and is in the Polk County Jail.
Authorities believe a 3 year-old boy from Walton County has been abducted and is in extreme danger.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has issued a Levi's call for 3 year-old Austin Waters.
Officials say the child was last seen around 1:30pm Saturday wearing blue jean overalls, a red short-sleeve flannel shirt and cowboy boots at 1605 Hwy 138 Monroe, Georgia.
Authorities believe Austin was abducted by Bobby Waters, a 44 year-old white man and the two were traveling on Hwy 138 headed towards Gainesville, Georgia.
The Walton County Sheriff's Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation are looking for a Gray 1993 Toyota Camry with a tag number BQW9549 or a 1990 Geo Metro with tag number BYK4692.
