People dressed like cows Friday to help people in need, and to score free food.
Friday was Chick-Fil-A cow appreciation day and lots of folks showed up at the Albany Mall Chick-Fil-A in their best cow suits.
A full cow suit would get you a meal, any cow decoration earned you a free sandwich.
The Albany restaurants went the extra mile, asking their customers to donate to World Vision raising money to provide dairy cows to families in need around the world.
"They would be able to have that to just live off of from dairy product sales, milk, and even through the manure as fertilizer for their vegetable gardens," said Anna Wari Albany Chick-Fil-A Marketing Director.
The Albany Chick-Fil-As will match all their customers' donations to World Vision. Fri morning, they also presented three of their employees with three thousand dollars in college scholarships.
