After just missing a medal in the 100 meters, Douglas' Tyreek Hill will try again in the 200 meters Friday at the World Junior Track Championships in Spain.
The now graduated Coffee High Trojan won his prelim heat on Thursday.
Hill then finished second in the semifinals.
He posted a time of 21.0 in that semifinal run.
His best time this year is 20.14 run in Orlando in late May.
That has been the fastest time in the world this year in the junior division.
Tyreek Hill is competing in his first ever international competition.
The 200 meter finals are Friday in Barcelona, Spain.
